We are committed to walk alongside you as you grow deeper in Christ! We would love to get you plugged into community, discipleship, and serving.
It is an exciting time to be a part of our Women's Ministry. The ladies seek to joyfully follow Jesus and help others do the same! We strive to make our events just that, JOYFUL. Christ-centered. Welcoming. Loving.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” - Joshua 1:9
All ladies are welcome to join us for a bible study in 1 Corinthians every Tuesday morning. We have a wonderful time of fellowship and prayer every Tuesday, and please let us know if you are bringing any preschoolers so we can provide childcare!
Meeting in the 419
Join us as we take an in-depth look at Passion Week, the last days of the earthly life of our Lord.
Listen with care to His farewell teachings and His high priestly prayer. Watch with grief as He is betrayed, arrested, and nailed to a cross—all for you and me. Experience the great joy of the resurrection! You are welcome here! We love having new faces in our group! 😉
Meeting in the 419
Please join our ladies for regular Women’s Home Gatherings, where we gather in small groups to share a potluck meal together in someone’s home. Enjoy connection and encouragement as we engage in intentional conversation to explore what it means to walk by the Spirit. Please keep an ear out for our next event!
Every year our ladies head out for a 2-day retreat of community, spiritual growth, and intentional time with one another. Keep an ear out for details of this year’s retreat!
Our ongoing ministries and special events are all planned to engage men and help them take steps in joyfully following Jesus and helping others to do the same.
“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.” - 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
Join us on Wednesday nights for a study in Jerry Bridge’s book “The Pursuit of Holiness”. This class is led by one of our elders, Joey Perot, and is a great opportunity for community and discipleship among other men. You don’t need the book to jump in and participate, but we’ve included a link here for you to check it out!
Every Friday morning, our lead pastor Mitch Maher leads a bible study for guys before work. We are currently going through the life of Paul in Acts, placing historical and practical context behind each of his letters in the New Testament. A group of guys always go and grab breakfast after the study, so feel free to join us for that as well!
Every year the men get together for an overnight retreat (from Friday Dinner through Saturday after dinner - should be back to Katy by 4:00 p.m.). It's always a blast! You meet new friends, hang out around the campfire, and enjoy some time in God's Word. We go every year in late January/Early February.
Our young adults ministry is a fun community of approximately 18-25 year old adults who are navigating life together. Whether you are just in town for a bit or settling in here in Katy, our hope is to provide a community of discipleship and care for our people!
Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. we gather in the conference room for bible study led by Saul Gonzalez. Our class is currently on break for the next few weeks, so please go to our Song of Solomon class in the 419!
Every Sunday morning we have talented teachers who faithfully teach God’s Word in community with other believers. We emphasize that the goal of our classes is not just knowledge of the Word, but applying it tangibly to our lives.
Community Groups are small groups that meet in homes and do life together. Our groups are varied in when they meet, and each one has their own “style” of community! Some are oriented towards families with young children, some focus on Bible study, and others just in enjoying time together.
We love to see followers of Jesus build each other up and walk through life together! We would be glad to connect you with a faithful believer here at our church who can meet with you and offer counsel, sit with you during hard times, and be able to grow together as followers of Jesus.
