Find help and healing for the pain of separation and divorce...don't go through it alone!
DivorceCare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk beside you through one of the most painful seasons of life. Separation and divorce bring some of the deepest pain and darkest confusion into our lives...why go through this time alone?
DivorceCare is a proven resource that facilitates mutual encouragement and support along with real growth and learning from expert leaders and counselors. Each of the video-based sessions is designed to help you deal with some of the most difficult questions you're facing as you encounter separation and divorce, including:
- What is happening to me and how long is this pain going to last?
- How am I supposed to deal with this anger, loneliness and sense of loss?
- What am I supposed to do with my children? How can I help them through this season?
- Where will I find hope for moving forward?
DivorceCare is held weekly on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm at Redeemer Community Church. Dress is casual and there is usually a light snack available. The class is free, but there is a $10 charge for the workbook. To find out more and to register, please click here.

You don't have to go through it alone
Most people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they’ve ever faced. It’s a confusing time when you feel isolated and have lots of questions about issues you’ve never faced before. Our DivorceCare group meets weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each session has two distinct elements:
A Seminar with Experts
During the first 30–40 minutes of the meeting, we watch a video seminar featuring top experts on divorce and recovery subjects. These videos are produced in an interesting-to-watch television magazine format featuring expert interviews, real-life case studies and on-location video.
A Support Group with Focus
After viewing the video, DivorceCare group participants spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in that week’s video seminar and what is going on in the lives of group members. Don't worry! You don't have to say anything if you're not ready to share. However, group participants usually report that this time of sharing provides real encouragement as well as some helpful next steps.
